Welcome, summer! Sorry for the unintended break from posting meal plans. Life got away from me! And I regretted not making a plan the past couple weeks… no plans for lunch meant a hungry (ahem… hangry…) mama. So this week I am going to take my own advice (here) and go into it with a plan, even though we will be gone for a good part of it. Since it is summer for mostly everyone, I will try and include more lunch inspiration for the kids to keep it interesting! We don’t do the same thing every day, often leftovers, and a good amount of simple lunches like pb&j. Sometimes it is nice to switch it up though and I know I appreciate other people’s ideas, so I will include some! Happy summering!
