Sorry I have been slacking on sharing meal plans! Life just is getting away from me lately. Anyway, here is this week’s plan! Monday’s dinner became Tuesday’s lunch and it is even better the second time around. Recipes from Half Baked Harvest and Run Fast Cook Fast Eat Slow.

turkey trot meatballs (made mine doubled and added half Graziano sausage)
