Since Dustin’s home is so close to being on the market, it had me thinking a lot about my old home in New Hampshire. We lived there for three years and did a lot of work to the home, so I thought it would be fun to do a comparison of the house when we bought it and the pictures when we sold it! The house was staged too, so not exactly how I had it styled or my furniture layout. Also these are realtor pictures, not blog worthy pictures, but it still captures the home transformation.
Here we go!
Before
Full disclosure- when we purchased the house, there were renters in it after these listing pictures. So a few more “updates” were done, like paint and a few fixtures, but I can’t find those pictures anywhere. But the house was still generally in dire need of some freshening up!
And The After

We also installed a fence in the backyard, which was an absolute necessity (see backyard post here).
I still can’t even believe the whole home transformation! I am so proud of all the work we did and vision we had. And wait until you see Dustin’s old home before and afters- it was a complete gut reno!
