Successful Co-Parenting – Co-Written by Birth Mom & Bonus Mom

My most recent piece with Love What Matters is about co-parenting, written together with Elliott’s mom, from her and my point of view. I wrote about meeting her and my relationship with her, how our journey has been so far, and how we advocate together. She gave insight on how it feels to share her daughter and we gave advice on how to embark on a successful coparenting relationship.

Read our piece here.

I have to read this again because it is so amazing. I think you, Nicole, have had at this point, just about every emotion you could possibly ever have. Your beginnings of co-parenting are incredible and Kelsey sounds lovely and I can imagine every fear you both have, but God is good – you already know that – and things will continue to go well. This was wonderful to read and also nice to meet Elliot’s birth mom. Lucky gal to have two incredible Moms.

It’s been quite a rollercoaster for sure! I’ve learned so much and I’m thankful for kind and gracious people in our lives. She IS wonderful!
