Welcome to a new series, our weekly meal plan! Well, if you follow me on Instagram, it isn’t a new series. I have had a lot of requests to share the recipes and cookbooks the meals come from, and a blog post is an easy way to share everything! I won’t always have a recipe, but I will try my best to come up with something close and provide a link. (Hover on the image below to save/pin it). I usually post when I have my plan together on Sunday, but I will admit from the start that it might not always happen, but I will do my best!
I generally try and meal plan recipes that the whole family will eat (our kids are 8 & under) and offer a variety of foods and flavors… I don’t believe in making multiple meals for picky eaters! Sometimes I will add something a little more adventurous in to stretch their taste buds… doesn’t always work but I keep trying to broaden their horizons!
Featuring a recipe from Love & Lemons
This is one that was added to my repertoire years ago when I did a Whole30 (well, Whole27 because I just couldn’t finish..). It is so satisfying and delicious!
Chicken Parmesan w/ Spaghetti Noodles & Green Beans
Thai Peanut Salad & Chicken Satay (I will probably serve with white rice)
Superfoods Salad (Kale Salad w/ Roasted Root Veggies from Love & Lemons)
What’s on your menu for this week?
