Has anyone figured out how to feed your family when you have three sports practices that forces you to be out of the house from 4:30-7:15? I am going to try making dinner to eat on the go… wish me luck! This is also the first week of school for 3 of the kids so I am praying we make it to the weekend in one piece. I know they are going to be exhausted with the start of sports and school in the same week! Side note- do yourself a favor and make these avocado breakfast tacos. They are insanely easy, so delicious, and so satisfying!
